THE ECOLOGY OF THE HEXAGON
MILANO DESIGN WEEK
MoscaPartners Variations 2026 at Palazzo Litta
Continuing her Tessellation inquiry, Katia Luna Benaï presents a sculptural environment where material, textile, and space enter into dialogue. Geometry becomes a living language shaped by light, atmosphere, and proximity, where the senses overlap and perception remains in constant motion.
At the heart of The Ecology of the Hexagon, scent is introduced as an invisible architecture through a collaboration with MANE Milano Creative Centre and renowned nose Cristiano Canali.
Across the installation, materials are treated as carriers of time and knowledge, from wood shaped by growth cycles to textile traditions rooted in Nepalese craftsmanship.
